Seems to me this country should not only be returning to moon & operating a base on moon, BUT should be operating a fleet of shuttle like vehicles in EO . Strange , with all the knowledgable space experts, that this is not constantly on the news. Waltercunningham.com covers this rather well. Nasaproblems.com makes some good points too.
