Larry,

The attendees should call 830-896-9393 and ask that their tickets to be reserved and held at the box office.  They can be picked up the day of the event or before.

They need to let me know how many of the NASA retirees and their spouse/guest will attend so I can have seats in the special section.

Thanks for your help.

Tom

Dear fellow NASA Hill Country Retirees,

I hope that you can attend the subject Forum in Kerrville on Sunday, November 23 (poster attached).

The first forum, held 9 years ago in Kerrville,  was a huge success with a turn away crowd at the Point Theatre.  There is a lot of interest in "Take Two" of the forum.  It should be bigger and better.

The plans are

- Date/Time: 3 PM, November 23. (Note: Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 27)

- Location: Cailloux Center, a fantastic facility in downtown Kerrville that seats 800 people.

- Basic message: ''Human Spaceflight - Past, Present and Future".  Each participant will cover a part of the various programs with emphasis on their personal experiences.

- Panel members: Chris Kraft, Gerry Griffin, Jack Lousma, Dan Brandenstein, me and perhaps Gene Cernan.  He could not commit at this time but  I am hopeful he can participate again.  Elon Musk (SpaceX) has also been invited to be a panel member.

- Tickets are required but at no cost.  I am confident it will be a packed house.

There will be an area reserved for the NASA Hill Country Retirees.  The area will be limited so let me know  ASAP if you plan to attend and how many will be with you.

This may be the last time we have such a forum to share our experiences, inspire some young folks and inspire adults to sound off about the importance of the U.S. Human Spaceflight.

Best regards,

Tom
