How is it that a three time shuttle CMDR WILL NOT support keeping a runway lander!

He has got to understand the significance of a reuseable runway lander!!
He has got to understand the inferior approach of cots AND the fact we haven't flown our own vehicle since 2011!!

The man is not interested in USA leadership---- simple as that!!
