Just got this advice message warning me about any Hospital Stays. Be VERY CAREFUL about the wordings in the admission form if any member of your family is under Medicare. Very tricky. Please read this NBCNEWS.com report:
There is a BIG DIFFERENCE between "Under Observation" and "Inpatient"! It may cost you a LOT of money later!

They say to make sure, if you are a medicare patient ending up in the hospital, that you are "admitted" as an inpatient rather than get labelled as "under observation."
