No more USA manned missions , too dangerous per high IQ Dyer (ASAP )

Not safe, but not unsafe Dyer plans to keep all USA manned missions grounded, too unsafe.
Suggested reading, ASAP minutes, pay attention to shuttle AND how Soyuz was assessed--- quite interesting!!!!!!!
