Friend,
Donald Trump said back in 2015 that many of the illegal immigrants coming to America were not the best people from their countries–and he was right.
In April of this year, Avellaneda Anselmo was arrested for selling cocaine in a small town in North Carolina.
Around the same time, three different illegal aliens by the names of Juan Jose Miranda Valencia, Lorenzo Miranda, and Victor Reyes-Mariano were busted with drugs they allegedly intended to sell.
In a 24-hour period, half a dozen illegal immigrants were arrested for drunk driving in one of North Carolina's "sanctuary counties."
And I wish that was the worst of it.
In Virginia, three illegal immigrants (Yang Gao, Ye Wang and Si Liu) were arrested for running a human trafficking ring.
Last month, police arrested Andre Rolando Ramos on multiple child porn charges.
Just a few short weeks ago, U.S. Border Patrol apprehended Isaias Pulido-Alvarado – a drug dealer AND child rapist – who only served a measly year for his crimes in Wisconsin before being released.
And the Biden administration wants these people to stay here.
We're fighting back against this administration's horrific policies which basically allow felons to remain in the United States indefinitely, but we need your help.
Which is why I'm asking you to send an urgent gift of $35 or more right now to the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI).
That's right.
Under these new policies, it's next to impossible to deport KNOWN criminals like this - no matter how heinous their crimes.
If you want to do everything in your power to stop them, I need you to read this letter from beginning to end.
The states of Texas and Louisiana are suing the Biden administration over their plummeting standards for deporting criminal aliens – and the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has filed briefs in the case alongside them to assist the court, and I have provided hours of expert testimony at the trial.
These briefs are an important part of the legal process that inform the judge about our case. They can make the critical difference between a win or a loss in court.
The good news is that we won the trial...
...but the bad news is this fight is just beginning.
The Biden administration has immediately appealed the outcome and is going to fight this with everything they have – and we need to be prepared.
That's why I hope I can count on your generous, tax-deductible donation to IRLI right away, to give us the ammunition we need to uphold the rule of law not just in Texas and Louisiana, but across our country.
My name is Tom Homan, and I'm the former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under President Trump and now a Senior Fellow at IRLI.
I know firsthand what's going on at our border – and just how hard this administration is making it for Border Patrol and ICE to do their jobs.
In all my years, I've never seen anything like this.
We can protest, we can send petitions, we can call our Senators…
But if we really want to bring the anti-borders agenda to a screeching halt, our best course of action is taking them to court.
That's why I joined IRLI – an incredible legal team created to fight for the American people, uphold our rule of law, and stop bad immigration policies.
They have proven themselves time after time.
Every time they've taken on the Biden administration, they've won – and that's thanks to patriots like you.
You see, while IRLI's attorneys get results, they still face a constant uphill battle against anti-borders groups funded by billionaires like George Soros.
And when IRLI's attorneys take on a case – like the briefs filed in the Texas and Louisiana case for example – and spend hours upon hours devising legal strategy, they don't charge a dime.
They aren't in it for the pay day.
They take on these cases because they know just how important they are.
They know that without borders and without the rule of law we have nothing.
If you understand just how important IRLI's work is, I hope I can count on your generous, tax-deductible donation right away.
The United States of America must deport criminal aliens.
That's the law, and we're fighting tooth and nail to uphold it.
The truth is, I wouldn't be surprised if this goes all the way up to the Supreme Court
Don't forget, the Biden administration wants criminal illegal aliens right here, on your side of the border, in your communities, doing what they want when they want.
IRLI won't stand for this – and I hope you won't either.
Sincerely, Tom Homan IRLI Senior Fellow and former ICE Acting Director P.S. If you want to restore the rule of law in the United States of America, I hope I can count on your generous, tax-deductible gift to IRLI today.
P.P.S. Your gift will give our attorneys the resources they need in this crucial legal battle and force the Biden administration to start deporting the criminals they've released all over our country.
