Would you give the IRS your Internet and email passwords?
That's what the IRS demanded from a conservative group – access to its website username and password.
Should pro-life groups be forced to educate about the horrors of abortion without any appeal to emotion? That's what the IRS told one pro-life group. In fact, that's what unconstitutional IRS guidelines seem to require.
Every day brings a new scandal. Every day demonstrates the need for new reform.
We're taking action. Our lawsuit against the IRS will soon be expanded, as we add more than a dozen new groups to the case. This case is already the largest in ACLJ history.
But we're doing more. We're working with key Members of Congress to abolish the IRS and create a fair and simple tax code free from IRS abuse and bureaucracy.
Stand with us.
Sign our Petition to Abolish the IRS.
