Bobby Martin Supposedly 60 to 65 percent were pro shuttle. We need both EO shuttle type capability & moon effort. What is wrong with x37c Boeing proposal for EO capabilities---could be commercialized similar to Nelson's proposal. We have a missive effort to get right thinking people in control!!!
